Why would you rebuild a K? Swap a single can of VB for a running one.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

Don't you mean, get paid a can of VB to take a running one off someones hands?

No.

You could rebuild it as a stroker for a fitty, and still not have enough power to take the skin off of a custard tart.

It'll run for another half a million k's on sand, sulphuric acid, and chicken bones, whilst you build a turbocharged LSX for it.

So, with all this rain recently, and the area I live in being prone to flooding, I decided to take the Rolla out on Monday morning to get some breakfast.

Went through a pretty large puddle, and was fine. On the way back, decided that it couldn't have gotten any worse, and decided to do it again.

Big Mistake.

As i entered the unseemingly shallow puddle, it was only when I realised that my headlights weren't working due to water lapping over my bonnet that the puddle had in fact grown into a fscking river. Next thing you know, the car conks out (Which was the result of the indestructible K motor sucking in about 5 litres of muddy, shit water) and water pissing in through the bottom of my doors, and over the passenger window.

Stuck the car in first gear, and continually cranked it, to SLOWLY get it out of the river rapids that had enslaved my car. As I got out, I opened my door, and a flood the size of the one that floated Noahs ark proceeded to go from the inside of my car, out. Sat there mashing the loud pedal while cranking for about 10 seconds, fearing that I may have hydrolocked the K motor, and it was fubared.

How wrong was I. The little carb 1.3L fired into life, which was shadowed by a valve bouncing side step on the clutch, and away I went.

Got home to assess the damage. I had water pools 15cm deep in every footwell. Ripped out all the carpet, underlay and tucked up wiring so it was out of the water. I've left it for the past 3 days now in hopes that it will dry out itself, which it has done. Next step is to get in there, and vacumn all the shit thats leftover, before I buy some new black carpet.

Good times.

Cheers,
Shazza

I start my car in the morning, and valve bounce it all the way to work, everyday. Its slow, and rattley, has the same amount of RWHP as a fork, yet, loves being thrashed all day, everyday. I've even been running it on a fuel/oil boat postmix fuel for the past week, and it loves it.

Like a hot 5K in a KE10. With a gilmore drive.

Thanks for reading.

You would be discharged from hospital after being admitted for alcohol poisoning and it would still be running.

Pour oil into the gas tank, and gas into the engine...
See how long that will last :sarcastic:

Well, the plan is to insert random objects into the oil cap prior to pulling the motor out, while a brick is on the accelerator.

So far, I have Nuts, bolts, gravel, oil, water, fuel, tint remover, tint, sand, salt, some sticks, a CD and a battery.

I still don't think thats enough to kill it.

*edited to please Jewdam.
