What's a 100k service worth typically? I have 09 WRX not going through Subaru though, I don't have 4 million $$ to spend

Anywhere between $1000 to $1800. All depends on the mechanic and whether or not they decide to replace the water pump while they are at it. I thought it was all part of the 100k service but I've heard a lot of cases were they don't replace it

As Scott said, the 125k service is the big one on late model Subaru's.
That will include timing belt, water pump, all fluids, etc. Maybe a few belts, thermostat, gaskets... It's all in your service book.
