What's needed for B4 Single Turbo Conv...

Hey guys,
Before flamed I did use the search bar.
Also came across this handy thread http://www.subyclub....b4/page__st__20
Just wanted to know what parts are exactly needed for the conversion.
I'm not looking for crazy power just enough for reliability around the 180 mark.
Would a second hand VF be the go? If so, which one. Or a new turbo?
Thanks guys

There are a few guys floating around who have done it! Might take a bit of time to get answers though!

VF34 is a popular turbo, should manage 180 at the wheels with ease I would think. I was under the impression that ecutek locked the ecu but in the link above he seems to have reflashed it anyway?

I remember reading somewhere that your ecutek dealer can reflash your ecu with WRX mapping.
