WHOA MASSIVE IMAGE!
I use that in conjunction with water I vac outta the fish tank, every couple of weeks. I wouldn't bother too much until the seeds sprout, but I could be wrong? It is basically bacteria that helps break the fertiliser down or some shit!

Anyway I planted them in smallish pots to begin with. Used premium potting mix. Shoved my index finger in to make the holes, dropped a couple of seeds into each hole. 5 evenly spaced holes per pot. Lightly patted down the mix, and watered liberally.
Grow bitches!

I generally use a seed raising mix to germinate the seeds as you will get a far better germination rate, however having said that, last lot I was too lazy to buy more and just used Premium Potting Mix and most of them sprouted.
I have to do a bit of a water change shortly on my fish tank, might take a page from Adams book and dump it on my plants

Just make sure the soil is damp, I think if you over water it, the seeds can rot.
Josh will be able to help more. I just put seeds in dirt But it's his birthday today so his response may be delayed
