I assume you mean the lower control arm bush that is at the rear of the lower control arm.
Mine have leaked all the oil and the front end clunks over speed bumps etc.
Im going to replace them in a few weeks, I throw up a post if it fixes the noise.
Anti Lift Kit bushes AFAIK replace the lower bushes but place the lower arm in a different position.

Try whiteline, or super pro then.

I will probably be going for oem bushes when i do mine. Once I price up the difference. But I am very tempted by super pro. Just don't want to make my car much noiser on the road!

Sorry to hijack this but are the lower control arm bushes easy to change? mine need to be replaced.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

I should just convert to single, right?

I think they need to be pressed out, but from what I can see, not hard apart from the needing a press!

Unless you want an ALK from whiteline, In which case I think its a bolt on Job, as it replaces the housing for the bush.

They forever squeek and creak over bumps regardless of greased used and some have flogged out in about 3 months with everyday use?

My whiteline ones have gone great since i installed them

Aside from the roll centre correction ball joints, superpro can suck it lol

Keen to know what bushings you are currently running? Did you end up changing them all over to Whiteline?

I know SuperPro use a "Polyurethane Elastomer", which I assume is similar to Whiteline's "Synthetic Elastomer". So either it is not as good as the WL formula, or SP changed their formula between now and then.

Either way, what are your opinions on your experience with different types/brands of bushings to date?

Cheers.
