Had an awesome time tonight!
Far better than I thought! Only had 1 beer, because lining up for 30 was a joke. Also, driving.

Meanwhile on the east coast, Melbourne's fireworks were shit compared to Sydney's.

I won't be
it is only 24 here at the moment, but predicted 30.... which isn't too bad until you take into account that it is 80% humidity right nyar = most likely not a very nice 30 at all.

No, I don't complain about cold weather, and normally there's only a day or so this far south that you can't get a good nights sleep. We're banging on about it because it's been a proper bloody heat wave.
