So when I replaced the head gasket I changed the clutch to. Went for an organic (heavy duty I think) clutch. I think the brand was 'Fuchs'. Will have to dig threw my posts and figure out the exact brand.

Anyway since my tune it has been slipping a lot. If its cold it will slip or when I'm towing it does to.

So my question is, is there anything I can do to try and stop the clutch slip like give the clutch hydraulics a good bleed?

Or am I up for a new clutch. If so what are my options? I'm looking at upgrading the stock turbo to a vf34 and maybe the fuel pump to. So maybe a clutch that will hold up to maybe 220kw atw's, just to be safe.

Maybe 3,000ks. Swapped it and had the car up and going in August I think it was. It's only started slipping since I've had the tune and had the extra power.

i had a stock clutch and had more power than that (220kw).

fuchs is an oil brand, i'm pretty sure they don't make clutches.

did you fit it or a mechanic?

I fitted it with a mechanic friend but ended up having to get the box pulled out as the fork wasnt seated properly. So that was done by a gearbox place and the slave was replaced at the same time

Also the brand was Daikin

Any oil leaks? Could be a weeping rear main leaking oil onto the friction surfaces causing it to slip?

this^^

also check to make sure the clutch is disengaging completely
to kill a clutch within 3000k would be an amazing effort

We had a woman pick up her brand new Holden Cruze 1.4lt turbo, she got 11 Kms from her clutch.
She was starting off in 3rd gear and slipping it a bit, the flywheel was blue when it was replaced.

Big thanks to Cam for today. Looked over everything for me and fixed part of the problem with a bleed and tightening if the cable but its still slipping every know and then.

So either the clutch can't handle that much power or its defective. Don't know which way to go about it now but I'll think about it for a while and limit going WOT.

I'll think I might get a new clutch installed and take the old one back and try and get my $ back. Don't really now but it won't happen quickly that's a given

But once again thanks Cam, you've been a massive help and got me on the right track.
