hey guys long time no post... been having issues with the FB login...

i am due for some new tyres.. but have just clocked up 179xxxkm and the car feels great most of the time and then one anything but smooth road she feels a bit jiggly...

i've had subies with more km on em.. and the ride didnt feel like this...

i've heard through the interwebz that the billies are prone to early death, and that perhaps the km i have is pretty damn good...

but if you guys could tell me what you had when/if yours died... it might help...

cheers guys..

ps i took my car to one of the local suspension shops... they said yeah no worries we do these all the time. Put her on the hoist, nose underneath and it was... oh... this is a bit different to other liberty's...WTF!! lol

Drive until its riding on the rubbers. Jiggly lol. But yeah I often wonder how long mine have left, I am just shy of 170 and they are probably original. You can get the bilsteins rebuilt, if you can't find them cheap secondhand. Mechanic commented/liked that mine had 'proper suspension' when I had him wheel align it after STi Pinks. I think they get sick of/too used to working on econoboxes.

Then again you do need a degree in rocket science to service a TT.

Haha man love... Twin love perhaps... There is a guy in town who is a panel beater by trade but his bro rally's subies he showed me his bro's leone sedan it has a full auto b4 tt in it... Running gear and all! Good for 10's he says!
He said if I have trouble with my car come and see him... Apprantly he has a Japanese book that's all about modding the b4, I'm welcome to grab it, just been to busy!!

Bribie, 1-2hrs away from any decent mechanic. They're all dropkicks around here. I don't mind the guy we take our 'regular' cars too, I may ask him about the 175k, should be the only log book service in the time I own it. There is a few others around but all are a decent drive.

I got perth up the road... Big effort to do stuff... Bunbury is a bit backward in its adaptation and acceptance of change..
