Hopefully ive got the right spot to post this question, if not sorry!
I was wondering if anyone knew if a G3 (MY08 - MY12) Impreza WRX STI steering wheel would fit my Impreza (also G3) I just want to know if airbags and steering controls would work and not sure how to find out so thought id ask here!

If they're the same model I always thought it'd be the same... I don't know whether it'd be different for an Impreza though.
Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille
Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

Those wheels look awesome.
I know someone had a bunch of trouble putting it in his SG Forester but I imagine it would be fine in an Impreza of the same model

To me they look like basically the same wheel with the exception of the slightly different look. Im just worried if the controls might not work. It wouldnt bother me with volume/mode etc but Airbag/Horn/Cruise Control would.
Heres the two wheels in case it helps or anyone was wondering:

I picked up an 05 lib's wheel on these forums a couple of months ago and fitted it to my 04 impreza, so same generation swaps should be pretty straightforward.
(I love having audio controls on my wheel now ) (ed: that's combined with an aftermarket headunit and adaptor, of course)
