Ourimbah State Forest - First time offroad in the XT

There's one main track straight through the middle with countless tracks going off in all directions. After previously taking some of these tracks in much more serious 4WD's, I knew I wouldn't stand a chance but we were more than happy to have a nice Friday arvo cruise across the main dirt track.
Took a few photos and videos of the mini-adventure which are mainly focused on the car rather than the scenery. You could say these are pictures of the XT in it's natural habitat
The car handled fantastically (even on fully inflated 18s!) and I can't wait to get more into it - perhaps with a tent and sleeping bag packed
Found a bit of a car graveyard!!
Needs moar dirt
Have some videos. Will upload soon.

Yeah nah
@Dam. Was so weird! Driven past there so many times but never gotten out of the car. The cliff just drops away to nothing and clearly some opportunists have found some vacant cars and some bricks

Cool man. Look at all that ground clearance
Lol yep! I'm so used it being so low... Got pretty freaked out every time I came across a rock the size of my fist. Then I remembered I can now fit my head between the tyre and guard

Great photos, mate. Looks like a nice day out.
Real shame to see what dickheads will do to their own backyard, isn't it?
Cheers,
Nik

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille
Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

I will have to set up a camera of my driving down my driveway.
Seriously, looks like a cool day out mate. Turn off the foggies and we'll call it square?
Cheers,
Nik
