Coilovers, Rim and Tyre upgrade will set this thing off.

Got any videos of this thing moving?

looks good mate but why spend all the money on a rebuild to run the ridk of it blowing again. running a huge risk

Have you put any more thought into squeezing some more power out of the engine. Like strapping on one of those intake fans

Aren't you still using the same tune that you had when your last motor blew? Could be a dodgy tune.

it blew cause of the way i was driving it... hard revs in 1st and 2nd and just smashing rev ranges thats how i broke the engine right now i just baby it around no hard driving for that reason cause the old tune and i never let it warm up when leaving used to just jump in the car turn it on and thrash the shit out of it and wouldnt let it cool down or run for a minute or 2 (yeah i know ppl have different theorys that dont need it cause its oil & water cooled turbo but still im sure after a good thrashing regardless how its cooled it should be let to idle for a minute or 2 at least.

old motor blew because the big ends let go on me and the fact that i forgot to check oil once and when i went to go check it had no oil (wont make that mistake again) there are alot of factors that happened when the motor blew and the internals all had signs of and nothing with a bad tune.

- hard driving when cold

- 50/50 BOV with alot of backfiring within gear changes (signs of dumping too much fuel and chance of washing out cyclinders) would cause early death for motor

- not checking oil for awhile and driving it hard like i did

- not letting car warm up or cool down

- unknown history on the motor and how the previous owner drove it and if they cared for it (i bought it 2nd hand with most mods done to it) so they could have got rid of it for that reason cause they knew something was up with it and when i test drove it seemed all good and fine but was on its last legs.

like i said alot of factors are in play but yeah i understand that i need a new tune but right now i dont have the funds (not rolling in the cash like others) but am hoping for a good tax return and and will get a new tune then
