Figured id post this here as well to.

Ive just put some V5 STi struts in my gen 2 lib.. Reasonably simple. Bit fiddly but put the camber bolts back in the same spot the best i could. Lower it off the jack and stands and now it sits so   :fork: ing high in the front it looks like a commodore. I dont think the alignment stuff could do that? I did have to jack the hub up a bit to get the struts in, could that have caused it? I know springs have to settle and all that but the rears sat lower instantly and got a bit lower after a few hours so its got me really confused. Its still drivable it just looks stupid

Theyre V5 sti struts from a gc8. Fronts bolt straight in. For the rears you have to swap your liberty rear top hats onto the sti struts

ill be attempting 07 wrx gear into a gen2 wagon tomorrow

Have you put any more thought into squeezing some more power out of the engine. Like strapping on one of those intake fans

That should go straight in. Assuming it's from a hawk eye not the new model

Nick, Sag should only happen on new springs.. these are not new, the sag should have happened long ago..

my money is on the Springs being for the heavier front end of the turbo motor.., but lets look tonight

Yeah that's my thinking. Going to see if my liberty springs fit the front today

you will need spring compressors to get the front back together

Yeah ive got some but you can only grab 2 coils with each one and im so close its such a pain in the ass. Seeing if a mate can come over and hold it down while i get the top nut back on. Thats all it needs

Try lining them up in the car and using the weight of the car... need 2 ppl for this though
