No, they haven't.
They have the little orange condom over the globe

Thread gone....

Dont do the highbeam reflector or the indicator surround if you do it.

First time around I blacked out the indicator lens as in pic. Second time I left it chrome,no pic.

My personal preference is just amber lenses removed, the silver indicator bulbs and a mad polished lens for a super clean look.

Cheers for popping in Cruisn. I'm not sure about blacking out the projector surround only.
It sort of has a similar effect to having a different coloured panel, doesn't match..?
I think I shall keep them clean and throw some clear globes in.

So, I went with 100 degrees for about 12 minutes.
The glue was still fairly sticky, so I think I might try 110 degrees at 14 minutes.

I peeled them apart from the indicator end.
And, to remove the orange condom,
you won't need to peel them completely apart.
The second^ pic shows enough room to undo the screw.

I thought fork it, and completely peeled them apart

Would it be advisable to use something like plasti-x on the inside of the cover?

Copy that, Cheers guys.

Suppose I should do mine soon, what is the sealant used? Thinking it wouldn't hurt to add a bit extra for when it goes back together

Okay, not sure if I've done the right thing. But pretty pleased with how lights are looking at the moment..
I wanted to give the black look a go, because I want to see what it looks like on my wagon.
But I left the indicator chromed as cruisn suggested.

I gave the lenses a hit with a turtle wax restoration kit to make cruisn happy as well ;)
