What gearbox/diff oil to use in my Foz??

As the title states, wanting to know what gearbox and diff oil I should run in the forester. I haven't changed it in the 2 years I've owned it so it's due.

Things to consider.
1. I only drive the car on weekends and would only average maybe 150ks each weekend unless I went away.

2. Not going to track the car (maybe a day here or there)

3. I do use the car to tow heavy trailer loads a couple times a year too.

Price isn't important but I don't want something that will turn to crap if I don't drive it enough.

I used to use Penrite or Nulon in my old lib with no probs

Ended up buying Castrol Syntrax, did a bit of research and the forester should love it. Also picked up some Delvac for the engine service so will see how the car feels after new fluids all round
