@B4TT: I had the worst experience ever at Bunnings yesterday. You would have written this cubt up for disciplinary action. One query, is it normal for stocktake to be done during business hours? 

Also, do you know what percentage margin they work on with regards to the stocktake, when it comes to small items like nuts/bolts?

Nikko, Yeah stocktake during business hours is normal, they have people come in and start counting from early morning, then people come in later and start keying in all the numbers... its a full day + nights work getting the count done.

 

Yeah man, keen as to get to that Sandwich shop... where abouts is it located??

As for the stocktake, I can understand because of the ridiculous inventory that it would be a long annoying jerb, But I would suggest they have a slew of different coloured shirts that simply say STOCKTAKE CREW or similar, instead of acting like I've just ridden my BMX bike through their rose garden for asking a simple question.

Agreed. Have often said things like that in the past. Regardless of what they are doing they are there for customer service first.
