I'm a little emotional about the demise of Holden and Ford.
No matter how fancy the last cars are, they will always be the last in a legacy that has stretched back nearly 50 years.
The mining went offshore, the clothing industry followed, most service centres went overseas. But this is different. This changes the feeling of being able to sit in the seat of something, and say, this was built here. The knowledge you and your friends have, with the passion, and the great events; this is what will continue to remind people of when Australia MADE THINGS. It will happen again, but it will be out of ugly necessity rather than the poetic ambition of days gone by. The Australian dream dies with these manufacturers, and we have nobody but ourselves to blame.
RIP AUS AUTO INDUSTRY.
If anyone finds an Elfin on the cheap... let me know.

I don't know how or who, but I think we have too much pride as a country to just let it die like that.
Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

It will go the same way as the British auto industry. Good and bad, I guess.

Eh
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
I was chatting to a guy at work about it the other day and about 4 people within earshot all started piping up about funny episodes they'd watched.

If the government lets the merger happen (DOJ investigating anti-competitive claims) the CEO of TWC who has only been in the job for 2-month, will get an $80mil payout.

Yep, fixed and driving well.Fix your beefwhore Ash?
I should just convert to single, right?As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;
"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

Not sure why, when it's stock..
Guess being my first turbo I'm just being cautious about everything.
I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Are you pulling a Cam and thinking of selling the ute already?
'That sort of ute' being a hilux/ranger/triton etc No way is the maloo going!!
I made a new Maloo friend tonight!
went for a drive in Newy, was about to head home when i seen an older bloke driving a white VE maloo, so i just followed him and hoped he'd pull over along the foreshore so we could chat but he didn't stop, and took a few back streets so i just kept following him lol, then eventually got next to him and yelled out my window asking if i could have a talk to him about his car, and we pulled over and got talking, he was such a top bloke! told me about a few good places to take the ute in for a service, and if i want any work done. He was in his late 40's but yeah such a legend. I forgot his name, but hopefully i see him around We ended up chatting about the cars for like 20 mins.
I was on such a high ha ha

Good morning everyone. It's quite a nice Saturday to wake up to. My phone (the app is powered by Yahoo) has been predicting rain for the past two days yet we've had nothing.
Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille
Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.
