Here is the new land barge!

She's a September '98 built Legacy GT-B wagon in Violet Blue Mica. Unfortunately she's packing a slush box auto as there were no manuals ( appropriately priced ) at the time. Also missed out on at least tiptronic which i think may have been a factory option, as it varies between models in Rev A-C. It's a little rough in some places and the previous owner went to town with rattle can black in some places which will all be fixed in due time. Apart from that, the paint is in pretty good condition and came up great with a wax and polish. Bad news is the roof is fading away badly and at some point it looks as if the roof was buffed with a bicycle.

Came with original Japanese service history and was purchased by i assume an Aussie bloke living in Japan and he eventually brought it over, who then sold it a young bloke whom i bought it from. 3rd owner isn't too bad since its 15 years old!

Engine wise it runs pretty well without a hitch. First thing i did was pull off the stupid pod filter and put the std airbox back in, might knock up a proper CAI later on. Changeover is nice and smooth however can be frustrating with the Auto. Perhaps a manual conversion later on when i'm bored with it. For now it's a comfortable cruiser and it's whisper quiet.

Today she got a good clean in and out, the carpets are pretty good for it's age but the roof lining is a bit nasty with ciggy burn holes and strange coloured stains. With the inrerior, as can be seen it has the dark walnut coloured dash trims which i'm not a fan of. Have ordered some brushed aluminium vinyl from eBay, and will have a crack at that. AT dash trims in silver seem to be rare as rocking horse shite.

My plans for it are pretty much keeping it as original looking as possible, i'm thinking some silver highlights would look good with the body colour. I think i would like to do the roof rails in silver along with the front grille outer edge ( rattle can black by previous owner ). The wheels are in awful condition, previous owner tried painting them black but the paint reacted and he thought using a paint brush to finish them would look great, not to mention, when i had new tyres fitted all of the wheels are buckled and one is twisted. Picked up a set of Rev D-E GTB E-tune2/B4 wheels off Benny which will go on as soon as i get time to do it.

Yeah this one will be a long term relationship. Hence the need to keep it reliable and not turn it into a frankenstein!

Very nice.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

Even if it is an Auto slushbox.

It looks nice.

Makes me miss my Gen 3 :P

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Looks sweet man. I managed to find an auto aluminium (B4) surround for my car for $45. Whats the deal with the passanger wiper hanging off the side of the car?

Previous owner obviously didn't bother to check lengths on the replacement wipers before purchasing them. On the "to do" list.
