So, 2 crazy Chilean Lads are coming over to my place at about 9:30pm to tow an RS Wagon, with no lights and only a handbrake, about 20km's across town...Do I need to get them to sign a 'disclaimer'? I'm pretty sure it is going to end in tears.

I'd do what 'dam said Pete. It's always better to be safe than sorry man. Make two copies obviously, one for yourself and one for them where you both sign both pages.
