im going to pull the pin on this, obviously everyone else can get one made for nothing  i cant control the cost as we were out sourcing it  and i'm not making a cent on it. if you've actually seen the piece its very hard to replicate as it can only be one layer thick due to where and how it fits.
the people who were genuinely interested can thank the others for the cancellation.
regards, Ben.

Thanks for all the work you have put into these scoops Ben.

To the other kents with only negitive comments, thanks for fucken nothing.

I was actually keen on this too but just thought if it could be made cheaper, that's all!

I appreciate the work that could've gone into this and that's why i was keen.

But anyways... next time i guess.

Forking d'bags.

This is why we can't have nice things. If you aren't interested, DON'T COMMENT.

Some people will pay well above this price if they REALLY want something. This part doesn't grow on tree's!

I'm sure most of the people who genuinely want one would still be interested at $280?

I'd probably cave on $280... but it is a lot of money. I paid $240ish delivered for my other one, it arrived in poor used condition though.

I paid $300 for a over bonnet style scoop that has sat in my garage for the last 6 months as I'm not sure the style suits my taste...

Huge opening if anyone's interested...

$280 for an extension ain't that bad in my opinion, I was fairly keen, especially seeing as you don't need to spend extra painting carbon fibre.

Maybe one day we'll have more definite numbers and be able to bring the price down $50 or so..?

if you can get it done cheaper than $280 arrange it yourselves, it must be really easy to source a genuine one to copy. there is also a fair chance that the original i have will need to be sacrificed to make the mould, which i would be covering.  I cant do anything on the price, please read the whole thread before commenting,

+10000

I don't even have a Liberty, but this thread shits me! If you can get it forking cheaper then just forking get it and shut the fork up... No need to tell the whole forking world and ruin someone's attempt at doing something nice for the rest of the club!

damnit. I was in for this and if it was 280 I would still be in. I was hoping with all the updates there was a price and an account to deposit the funds but nope. I don't have the industry knowledge to get someone to make one for me and I wouldn't even know where to start. Ben was doing us all a great service here. Thanks for the effort put in anyhow Ben! from me at least it was appreciated

Gay, Was looking forward to this. I wasn't really after a CF one as it doesn't really suit me I think but would really liked to have got a fiberglass one.
