Headlights wont turn off

Ive had this issue for a while now but its starting to cause issues with my HIDs so I want to solve it. It happened before I had projectors so their wiring is fine. So far ive replaced the relays and just now ive replaced the arms to no avail. I suppose its possible they were also faulty as i got them from a wrecker but its probably time to stop throwing parts at it. Any one fixed this issue before or have an idea of where to start/what i can test to narrow it down?

Well that's not very handy.
Just buys a new battery daily, like a boss.

It was when I had halogen bulbs lol. Thanks to the clever subaru engineers the lights are obviously switched to the ignition so when the cars off theyre off

Try unpluging the combo switch at the base of the steering column. Start working back form there.
So if they stay on it would mean the problem is not with the combo switch yeah?

I replaced it today. Could possibly be dicky as well as its from a wrecker

As we discussed last night, it has to be a issue with grounding out the headlight harness.
wont be the stalk because your tail lights aren't on

With the whole car off while the headlight fault is still there are you able to test the loom from in the cabin ? try find out which one is still in the active on state and work your way in.
