Everything is bolted back together, just a few heat shields to go, started her up to burn in the wrap and new up pipe, fork there was some smoke lol, can't comment yet on the effectiveness of the wrap,

HAHAHA!

Just make sure no skydivers try to land on your roof, and you should be alright. Lol!

Looks dangerous as though. ;)

I never wanted to do this job in the first place!
I... I wanted to be...

A LUMBERJACK!

(piano vamp)

Leaping from tree to tree! As they float down the mighty rivers of
British Columbia! With my best girl by my side!
The Larch!
The Pine!
The Giant Redwood tree!
The Sequoia!
The Little Whopping Rule Tree!
We'd sing! Sing! Sing!

Oh, I'm a lumberjack, and I'm okay,
I sleep all night and I work all day.

CHORUS: He's a lumberjack, and he's okay,
He sleeps all night and he works all day.

I cut down trees, I eat my lunch,
I go to the lava-try.
On Wednesdays I go shoppin'
And have buttered scones for tea.

Mounties: He cuts down trees, he eats his lunch,
He goes to the lava-try.
On Wednesdays 'e goes shoppin'
And has buttered scones for tea.

Sorry, just had to

Officially i am not allowed to keep an axe, knife etc in my fourby unless i am camping or on my way to or home from camping..and they are locked in some black widow drawers
And i typically carry a hatchet, large axe, 3 types of small knives, small shovel in the drawers and a long shovel on the roof at all times lol. Though after hearing about drunks taking shovels etc off the roof and smashing windows, i only put the shovel up top when going away

Also you can carry axes etc (or weapons as the nsw police class them when carried in a car lol) if you have a reasonable reason to use them for my job...which i dont....and if that was the case i was told the drawers was one of the only places suitable for them (ie not at all within easy access to any occupants of the car and preferably locked away)

maaaan, bringing me down schooling me like that haha

it looked so tough up there lol

might buy a small shovel to throw up there when i go to the river, probably more useful then an axe anyway haha

took the axe off, for safety's sake :(

another update

car got tuned by the subaru god, Michael south at MSR tuning on saturday 25th of july, southy was an absolute legend, was able to watch him work and ask plenty of questions regarding subaru's, my build, getting into rally. real top bloke who i cant recommend enough.

numbers at the end of the day were,

175.8 awkw

546.2 N.M of torque

was nice to see all the work put into the car so far pay off with a really terrific result.

the rex now runs 17PSI and pulls hard all the way to redline.

next on the to do list is some General Grabber A/T tyres.

cheers guy
