You might find one of the plugs looks different - then you at least have some clues about which plug or coilpack may be playing up.

For a Gen4
ZERO toe front and rear. (for any AWD)
you also don;t need too much static, negative camber on the front,
i'd say 1 degree max from my experience with the 3RB wagon.
They have a fair bit of caster, so you get plenty of camber come on once you start turning in.

Cool,
yeah the ECV bypass Tees into the one from the SBPV bridge to the DPS,
So that should have no bearing on the issues at hand
COnvert to single.

ECU reset should trigger an idle re-learn with the IACV, so yes, will probably idle high for a while
undo the bypass tee-in
and leave the top-port open to atmosphere
does that line to the DPS on the Gen3 tee off anywhere else?
The Gen2 GT had two ports on the plastic thingo where yours only has one

So Basically an MY99 EJ205 with a second silly turbo on it..
Is the 02 sensor in those in the headers or the primary dump?
But the MY99 is notorious for blocked and clogged IACV stepper motors
