Yeah the seller is offering a refund and inquiring into the part to assess why it failed.

I'm aware that the oil would likely be leaking from there. But I had it replaced a week ago. Wouldn't a blocked pcv valve cause this to occur

Have a feeling the PCV valve is the issue. Will be investigating tomorrow.

Checked both turbos. No signs of leaking. It's appears to be very visually coming from the seal between engine/transmission
