20 minutes on hold, 3 transfers to different departments and countless times saying "i can't understand what you said" and im still trying to get my service cancelled. Good work optus!!!

Wow. And people wonder why so many people are quitting bowling. After some of the comments I've seen over the last few weeks it shocks me that more people haven't quit!

while the average length of a relationship these days may only be two weeks, this doesnt mean you have to keep posting on facebook stupid status's about how much you love them and all that other rubbish. we dont need to know all that. save it.
