G'day; I'm a bit of an Old School Suby lover....started with an '87 L series 4WD Wagon and gave it some harsh treatment over a couple of years travelling most of WA. A second '90 L series 4WD Wagon saw some off road work too. During this time also had an L series 4WD sedan which was great for 'surprising people' on the beach. My last and still owned Subi is a '92 GXL...

Yeah they go alright. Cheaper then a new one. If you have the funds, maybe see if you can get an Alloy one. Ask Walts, he just put an alloy one in his car.

Anyone know someone who removes and fits automotive glass? I need a window removed and then another one refitted. Get in touch with me if you do (and no wise O'brien cracks!).

thanks to shazza for doing my window tints! looks sexy! shame i broke down on the way home!! radiator is leaking, car overheated.. now i need to carry 10 bottles of water everywhere i go.. hope i dont need a new radiator :(

AussieTemplar
right at the bottom of the radiator.. it looked like it was pissing out of one of the hoses down the bottom.. my dad came and i crawled it home from vaucluse, 5km/h and not going over 1500rpm, now it isnt leaking?! dont know what the go is. either way the engine block is covered in coolant.

Maybe give the engine a flush, clean up all the coolant, and replace everything back together and see if its still leaking? Worst case scenario, you may be up for a new radiator.
