Centrelink, Medicare, human services or whatever your called these days... Wake up to yourself... The service is an absolute joke... 8 counters available... 2 people working and about 50 people waiting... You also splash a phone number around to call and make things faster... Yet when you call, your experiencing a high level of calls, and my call can't be taken and to call back!! Seriously... This is not good enough.... 30mins I've been waiting, yet there are others who have been here longer...
