Hey guys,

About to undergo a fmic install on my 1996 gc8 wrx and have a couple quick questions:

1. In the pic below, what is that circled line attatched to the resonator box thing?

Do I need it? Can I block it up and run a straight pipe instead of the res box?

If I do need it, how can I make it work?

Thanks guys, sorry about the silly questions

That is the hose that runs to the IACV, so yes you will need it.

I have a resonator delete pipe here you can have for $50, it has a nose barb for the Iacv hose
