Hi guys,

I'm looking at getting BC-racing BR series for my gc8 but I have heard about clunking noise at the back even with rubber upper mounts in the rears

just wondering if anyone running the same set and have this problems?

Thanks for your inputs

Cheers

I put a set in my RS also, fitted in 2011 I think. Been great so far. You'd be hard pressed finding a genuine bad review on BC's I think.

sold our 200th set of bc's today, we have had 5 genuine warranty claims ( that didnt stem from incorrectly installed parts) in 3 years.

I know they good budget coilovers, I had them on my Forester before (Forester sold)

but from what I've heard, this problem only happen on GC8

basically, need feedback from people who have / had them in their GC8

Thanks for all the inputs anyway

Cheers

what about the V1 series?

I went with the V1's for my RS. I don't regret my decision. Not that I am able to make a direct comparison with the BR's because I haven't used them however with the V1's the car feels firm yet remains fairly comfortable. Which is exactly what I needed them to do.

I would also be happy to recommend them.
