I don't have them on my wheels and have them on and off all the time. No vibration. That said, every time I torque up my wheel nuts, I do it in two stages (half torque star pattern then full torque star pattern) and actually use a torque wrench. Even if you use hub centric rings, it should be done this way. If you get vibration, you're either being extremely sloppy when torquing them up or something else is wrong, like a bent stud.
