I really don't like the look of the new gen5. The Euro/Jap versions may look better but overall, the basic design is weird looking. This Outback needs MORE moulded plastic to be a proper Outback. The gen2 and gen3 Outbacks were the best. They were honest looking cars you wouldn't mind getting dirty. The gen4 Outback was too similar to the regular line Liberty IMO and had no place out off the tracks. Funny thing is, I rekon this thing will sell well. I mean look at the new Impreza - they're everywhere!

I don't mind it too much.. I reckon it will grow on you lot.... Just like the Impreza did. Keep in mind that this is the US spec model and they generally make their models look different to the rest of the world. My tip would be that the JDM model will be a bit softer looking. I'd be really tempted to get one actually, especially the diesel model! LOL at the 187kw 3.6 H6... Tristan, you shoul dhave saved up all your monies for a Gen5 H6 Lib!!!

When I first heard of the Kia WRS I knew it was crap without even needing to see it. Result when seen in person. Vomit in mouth. Outback of my ass still stands.
