All dba are bidirectional due to the kangaroo paw cooling vane design not pointing in any particular direction
Other brands the direction of rotation is dictated by the vane angle inside the rotor
If angled vanes then they must tilt towards the back of the car.....if straight vanes it doesnt matter...so the actual slot direction doesnt matter so much....but i thought when i mock fitted these up the vanes were angled a touch in the opposite direction of the slots? But i had like 5 different sets of rotors i tried lol
We think theyre either rda or project mu...not sure honestly?
Sorry to overload your thread Pat, just tryna make sure all is good
You know this

This explains what im talking about
Just shine a torch down the vanes and see which direction they angled...if at all

And nah you're right, better safe than sorry!
Will have a look at the vain direction tomorrow, time for a few beers I think haha

Think clutch is next on the list..
And yeah with the 3mm spacer they cleared.. It's only towards the inside of the wheel that it gets close towards the outer there's stacks of room
Now hoping I don't have to many stone chips on em!

Pat's GTB got the treatment today. We replaced the vac & boost hoses with some nice new 3mm & 6mm ID silicone, also added a new intercooler silicone coupler.
We tidied up the wiring and gave the engine bay a general bit of a clean up. Conduit & twisty wrap over everything possible.
The number plate was raised to sit flush on the bar.
Pat will finish it off by giving the intercooler fins a quick lick of satin black down the track.
