Hi,

We picked this up last Thursday. Wont be getting any mods as its the missus daily/family car and I have a 300kw STI that takes all my spare money anyway. Just thought I would post up some pics of it. Its a 2015 Liberty premium 2.5. Has so many features on it I think it will take 6 months to figure them all out. It's so comfy and luxury to drive I love it  :D

Very nice! The colour is a good compliment to the car too. Has come leaps and bounds in styling from the Gen5. Shame about the fact there's no MT or wagon anymore :(

Agreed.

They'll cave. I reckon mid cycle they'll bring out a GT model after consumer backlash. I'm suprised they didn't go the other way and discontinue the 3.6R and put a GT in it's place. Wouldn't one think their new DIT mills would be more efficient than the ageing EZ36?

Good daily!

Problem is the EZ36 is more of a well rounded engine (smooth) and preferred in North America. The power and torque it currently delivers can be coped by the new high torque CVT.

A potential GT at this stage would be restricted to the WRX's 197KW and 350NM or torque in the CVT whilst not delivering any better fuel economy/ there isn't as much of a demand for this potential GT in North America...

In the end, it all depends on whether North America wants a GT or not...

Sucks how much sway the US has on everything. They have their fingers in every pie.

Yeah if they had a GT model we definitely would have got that. Missus was worried that the 3.6L would use to much fuel as she does about 800kms a week. Only mod this will prob receive will be a nice front lip if someone releases a nice aftermarket one. Carbon fibre would look good  B)

Subaru really suck ass at designing wheels these days. Everything looks like a bob jane special.

Yeah im really not a fan of the rims haha but the outback, XV and liberty all have similar design. Sales guy told me Subaru seem to think the wheels took off on the XV so they have designed all their wheels to be similar.

Very nice. I like it quite a bit too. The interior is appealing.
