The electric window motor died in my drivers door a little while ago. There aren't many guides online how to fix it so we decided to make one... In video format!
Hope it's able to help someone

Good DIY, but using voltage to check the circuit is not as good as checking current.
You can also drive the motor from the plug with an external power source to eliminate all the supply and control circuits.
Are the regulators on Subaru's bolted in, or use rivets that need to be drilled out?
If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

We didn't have to drill out anything?

So they are not riveted.
Good!

Good guy Morgan. I saw this come up on my Youtube feed and I added it to my favorites list. No doubt I will have to do the same :/

Here's another tip - on Forester models at least, the diagonally opposite motors are identical (i.e. rear passenger side motor is the same as a front drivers side one).
