hi guys,

i have GReddy trust exhaust which came of from 99 WRX and going to put it on 97 RX.

As the size of internal pipe is different, i believe i need to get the flange job done to make it fit.

Do you guys know reliable exhaust shop in sydney which you have experienced before?

Any tips or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Nick from Profab Exhaust in Narellan is pretty top notch.

Also hear good things about Cromer Exhaust(?).

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

exhaust joint will probably charge you about $40 for a flange and an hours labor so $100-$150 all done depending on where you go

Cromer Exhaust have closed down. If you were going to come down to Cromer then i'd suggest Chris at XSflow (link in my signature)

Nick at NRG in Rydalmere could sort you out a bit closer to home https://www.nrgauto.com.au/default.asp

If you want something closer by, then you can always try Chris over at Best Mufflers in Carlton. I've not done any work with him myself but I do plan to very soon and he is also the person I bought some of my exhaust bits from. Good bloke.

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

Oh crap. Somehow my phone auto-corrected the suburb. It's meant to be Best Mufflers in Carlton, not Croydon.

Pretty basic stuff - how about Tuffy Auto Centre up at the corner of Epping and Blaxland? (though they've been too busy for spot-jobs every time I've tried them).

I've had some simple welding done by Midas on Vic Rd West Ryde with no hassles.

For anything more complicated, North Shore Performance Mufflers in Hornsby is good.

i've never used Tuffy at Epping but have been to both Alexandria and Glebe locations and both were able to sort me out as a drive in without a previous booking so worth a try. they were pretty cheap too.

got the exhaust joint done at NRG.
The line, "Subaru Specialist" caught my heart.
was friendly and very nice service over there.
Thanks for recommendation!

P.S: uploaded a photo after fitting
