Do you have a model number of the headunit in your car? A search online will probably find what connections it has.
My 07 Forester has a small sub powered from an internal amplifier in the headunit. Not sure if the Lib could be similar.
Other than that, the 'normal' way to get a sub on a stock head unit is to tap into the speaker level outputs (possibly sacrificing the rear speakers? ) and use either a line-level converter or an amplifier that takes speaker level inputs.
