I understand 4-line vs. 6-line but why are both these HEL lines listed as for B4 2002-03 but the 6-line is nearly twice the price of the other??

Because HEL have no idea.
All Gen3 are 6 lines. I also dont understand how what is basically a few extra fittings over a 4 line kit warrants the massive price hike.
