Dilema:

Bloke on the other forum has put a MY08/STi grill up for sale (Im fond of these), almost new (1000Kms on car) still with the box but no pics in the post.

A couple of us alerted him to the fact he may need add pics and to adjust his asking price, as it was over $200 more than a new one could be purchased for, so he updated his post and called for best offer.

I expressed interest and said I would be happy to make an offer pending pics.

He PMs me asking for my mobile.

I PM him and ask him to put up pics so I know what Im offering money against.

He PMs me his number and asks me to text him to work it out.

I again ask for pics via PM.

He gets cranky as I wont respond via SMS and claims he does not know how to upload pics.

I request he see it from my point of view, that he poses a financial risk to me as I would commit to something I cannot see. I inform him how to upload pics and provide links to hosting sites.

I intend to hold my ground and communicate via PM only and not make an offer until pics are posted.

Foolish??

Nope, if he can't do as simple as uploading photos via the internet these days then good luck to him.

Lazy yes, but it is so much easier to snap a picture on your phone and mms it to someone. Especially if it's the club liberty forum without a laptop.

Noticeable difference in ride height/comfort?

Ride height, definitely. Comfort, definitely. In a positive way. I'll grab some pics when I get home to compare between my previous set up and the current one.

Tempe Tyres are open till 2 pm today. I was gonna go to Heasmans but they're closed on weekends and Monday is a public holiday. I can't wait that long as I'm making a trip to Wollongong tomorrow.

I've gotta get another alignment done after I replace all my bushes and sway bar so this is a semi-permanent thing. It's cheap too; front and rear alignment is $60.

At $60 it will most likely be toe adjustment on front only Gaz.

Good enough for your needs though.

That's what I was thinking, although this is where I'm getting my information from.

http://www.tempetyre...wheel-alignment

I ended up arriving too late (blame the missus) so I'll be doing it at Heasmans on Tuesday afternoon after work hopefully.
