Sorry guys, didn't get any notifications.
I ended up replacing the rotors and pads up front, and the shake went away straight up.
Been about 1000km's or so, and still seem good, so hoping it was just the brake conversion and nothing is wrong with the Pistons.

But if you have this problem, as everyone stated, it's more than likely your rotors
