Hey guys my mates impreza speedo is about 10-15 km/h out. I was wondering if there's a place you can take it or something you can do to fix it

Is he running OEM size tyres? What year is the car?
Not uncommon for speedos to read up to 10% below the actual speed, prevents manufactures being held liable for speeding issues.
An automotive instrument specialist may be able to help you out.

I'd be looking at the tyres to make sure they are within spec of the standard tyre for the car (check tyre placard inside drivers door opening).
But assuming they are OK, my 07 XT Foz was like this. It would show 100kph on the speedo, but only travelling at 90 according to GPS.
I put slightly bigger tyres on and now it's out by about 6kph instead of 10.
Maybe it was done to make the 0-100kph time quicker. hehe
