Hi looking into water/meth kits and would like to hear some opinions if it's really worth it. (Can't find any info for sequential turbo setups)

Ps I have an my02 b4 with full exhaust, 6 speed and silicon turbo to inter cooler pipes STD tune

Get it tuned for 98RON ASAP
that's where the gains are had relatively easily

I agree it is an Aus spec car with the AIDS tune so the would be a lot of benefit.
My thoughts are coupling the tune with the water/meth for an increase in timing, boost and being able to lean on it a little and a cooler engine.

the only issue with such systems is ensuring enough fail-safe's are in place for when the tank runs dry.
a good FMIC setup (although harder on a TT) and good exhausts (again hard on a TT due to tiny exhaust housings on teh turbo's)

to reduce intake and residual cylinder heat are a much more stable option

Have looked into from mount intercoolers before like the scarles kit, from what I have read of people installing them and yielding little gains in performance except a little less heatsoak but I'm keeping my mind open with it

Would love to do an e85 tune but that goodness does not reach us in far North Queensland :(
