Lol.

fork that's a long word.

I went for a walk last night because I'm trying to build up to running to do some forms of exercise other than riding so I don't end up with tree stump legs. Holy fork it was hard work. Ride 20cm easy. Walk 6 nearly die

Walking won't do anything for you Adam.

Steady-state cardio and HIIT are convenient, versatile, and safe ways to develop your cardiovascular system. You can do them virtually anywhere with a minimum of equipment; you can switch up your activity at will (from running to swimming, say); and you don’t need a lot of coaching to do them effectively. In practice, however, the two styles of training are very different.

Steady-state cardio workouts are as simple as they come. Perform your activity at a steady, challenging-but-manageable pace (60 to 70 percent of maximal capacity) for 20 minutes or more, aiming for a heart rate of 120 to 150 beats per minute.

HIIT workouts are slightly more complex. Perform your activity as hard as you can (90 to 100 percent of maximal capacity) for a brief, set time period (usually two minutes or less), then back off for a predetermined rest interval (usually three minutes or less), and repeat the cycle four times or more.

Steady-state cardio is aerobic: It requires oxygen and is fueled mostly by stored fat. HIIT, by contrast, is anaerobic: The work intervals don’t rely exclusively on oxygen, and are fueled mostly by stored carbohydrates. (Counterintuitively, HIIT makes you breathe harder, and burns more fat, than steady-state cardio)

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

My girlfriend made me join her gym. I'm not overweight at all, but a little soft around the middle. I'm actually 4kg heavier than when I started lol. But I'm definitely a lot fitter and stronger than I was. Starting to see changes, but its slow and painful progress.

Just booked the car in for a service and timing belt. It needs one of the control arm bushes replaced too. Probably going to cost me about $1500 all up, we'll see.

Yeah its hard work man.

I went from 115kgs, and im now 92kg, in 16 weeks. Thats 5-6 days of weight training per week (1-1.5hrs) and eating 6-8 times a day.

I lost weight about 2 years ago. When working from home I didn't do much physical activity and started to get chubby (even a pant size larger). The goal was to get from 77 down to 68kg, and I managed that cutting soft drinks (excessive junk food) and just some small weights, pushups etc etc at home. 6 months later I met my girlfriend. Dating her and eating out a lot, I got to about 72kg again. Now I'm 76kg but its not entirely fat and my belt size hasn't increased. I can see the progress, but I can only go there 3 nights a week at most.

+1 For HIIT, I do it 1-2 times a week and sometimes on bike. Goodshit. Then I do a normal run weekly at an easy pace. Plus pilates 1-2 a week for core and legs, and gym when I can.

Built a coffee table Adam, working on plans for a bookshelf, but stupid new job means I can't go to Bunnings during work....yet. Trying to use glass as much as possible for some designs.

I'll be joining the gym again. Currently weighing in at 89 kg but I'm fairly tall which distributes the load evenly. Soccer has kept me fit but I wanna do more.

How good is a bit of eating out btw.

One of my favourite meals of the day!

I don't know what I weigh.

I eat when I get hungry.

Can't remember the last time I purposefully exercised.

Should probably change all of those things.
