Phantom 3 just had a huge price drop. down to $1700 from $2200

So I've just found out you need a fscking license to fly a drone now?

wtffff. I mean, its easy enough to apply, but fsck the government.

Cheers kongbong, working on something special for this year. Have spoken to a fair few people about what they wanna see in this years video, and most of the comments is they want it longer, with more around the prep leading up to HVC, and not just the day itself. Also, going to take my time editing this year, not try and push out a video 2-3 days after HVC.

Got the mexicubts filming shit for me on their trip up, just trying to work on someone coming from QLD to do the same, that way I can use their footage in the video as well, give a few different perspectives.

But yeah, the drone thing is a must, especially considering the new drones have the "follow me" feature, basically I sit in a car with a gps transmitter, and the drone will fly itself following the car at whatever angle/height I tell it to. Pretty cool shit.

Hopefully get some tits in there too
