Had a  bloke drop off a Golf for a roadworthy inspection. Somehow I think the rim tyre combo wont cut it. Rears are 245/35-19 on 9.75in rim, fronts are 225/35-19 on an 8.75in rim.

After nearly a year, the rims are patched up and I pick up new rubber Friday and fit them up Monday.

 

Other than that, It's just been plodding along.

Nice man. I'm in the process of getting in contact with one of those mobile spray painters. Got a few things to touch up from the previous owner. Worked with this guy on my old cars and he is top quality. I'm just trying to gauge whether he's still in business because his old mobile number doesn't work...

I'm always very wary of mobile spray painters, no offence to your mate.

 

Have you sussed out a panel shop to do the touch ups?

 

 

 

Pics of tyres or rims?

 

Tyres are just black and round and the rims are the CS9's I had for ages, except for some metallic silver paint where the gutter rash was. Looks just OK considering the rest of the rim is finished in shadow chrome.

 

No fks given as I'm sure I'll drag them along a gutter as some point.
