I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

I'll be out of a job soon! Great design. Assume the xxxx thing is where the dowels are going
Haha it's a boring design, missing the top in that pic. Yeah the Xs are meant to be lap joins, then dowel joined to uprights, but thinkings of altering design. Assembly should begin this week. Paint and staining in 2. Might do a Reddit diy.

I hate dowel joints because of wandering drill bits and cbf buying a jig.
Probably would have tenoned them.

Tenons are hard with out a drill press for the mortise hole. Plus cbf. Will most likey screw together and putty. The frame is being painted so no care. Shelves will be stained so more attention needed there.
