Hey guys.

Shaz, still need a lift?

So damn tired; I've been smashing it at work lately. KPI's are getting met so far this quarter but the amount of customer enquiries about complete crap is so tiring. RBA rate goes down a little and people expect mass discounts on their home loans. I mean, I didn't excel in maths at school but I can at least calculate figures without having to stroll into a branch with unrealistic expectations...

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

By getting a variable home loan you should already expect the VARIABLE aspect of it. People have products from years ago on a higher rate and don't want to discuss their existing home loan with a lender to potentially provide them with a better product yet want their rates adjusted to the lowest possible rate out of nowhere.

Can't help you then.

Spotted Dick is a great pudding because it lies somewhere in between a suet pudding and a sponge pudding.

My condolences that you're getting absolutely shafted with the rate Sack.

Let me know if you want a better deal.

Nah I run the finance and insurance division of a big accounting company now Mark. So basically a banker, but access to 45 banks, instead of just one.

LOL Yes Shaz. Haha!

Its not such a bad rate, and always going to be 1.4% below the standard variable for CommBank because of Wealth Package, but blah. See how it goes for 3 years. LOL!
