Haha, I've had that happen way too many times to me in my days in retail.

How's Greece man? Should be summer over there right? I can just see you with no shirt on in Mykonos, pouring Moët all over yourself.

Yeah, but Melbourne.

My cousins are coming up from Wollongong tomorrow night as we're going out so I decided to take advantage of a free night's stay in the same place. Hotel manager is hooking me up as two out of the two times I've stayed in the hotel I've had a mediocre experience. Did their survey/review and received feedback directly from her.

Seems like reviews and surveys are taken more seriously nowadays. I actually relate a lot to it since joining the bank as surveys on customer's experiences with me personally do go towards my KPI.

Yeah at domino's now the online feedbacks go directly towards how we score in our operations audits which happen every three months. So they matter heaps more to us now as our bonus gets affected by that!

Yeap. Anything under a 9 out of 10 for us is considered a fail. In practice though it doesn't take too much effort to get those high ratings. It's just a matter of building good rapport with the customer and educating them.

Nice Haz. Bring us back some JDM parts!

Been to 2 up garages so far and pretty slim pickings for parts that I could bring back home. Did score some strut top covers for a bargain.

Got mine washed a couple of weeks ago, wax did a good job during the rainy days, still looks clean.

Forking needs a lot of marks polished out though. And checked tyres yesterday, after nearly 70,000kms and 6years the factory Yokos are on their way out.

Typical, a few weeks before I get rid of it and I'm up for new tyres.....cubtcar.

Reckon someone will give me a good deal if I buy 9 tyres at once?

Yeah thought so.

Do you need tyres? Like I don't think they really do much?
