I think its fit like maybe 4 people at one stage, but there was plenty of room leftover. King+ sized ftw.
Didn't watch the Origin, watched Game of Thrones instead. Heard NSW got beaten, unsurprising though, NSW team sucks atm.

They've (NSW) won 1/10 Origins in the past 10yrs. QLD won 8 in a row, it was to the stage where kids in primary school had grown up never seeing NSW win. Out of 34 series, QLD has won 19, there was 2 draws and NSW have the remaining 12.
That being said, QLD has some NRL legends in it, where as NSW is full of ring ins.
Wonder if Hayne will be in the Game 2 team...

Also have to credit Mal Meninga, he built an unstoppable team. Thing is NSW have more NRL teams, but QLD have a lot of feeder schools. Wasn't so long ago QLD Reds were dominating Super Rugby, SE QLD just has a lot of football talent.
If you blokes were in QLD for Origin you would see every second cubt in a jersey, it's dead serious up there.

This is true, you have a lot of very accomplished players who have a lot of games under their belt.
I wouldn't say the the NSW team sucked last night - they were a match for the QLD side, QLD only won the game because the penalty kick gave them the 2 point lead - not saying they didn't win fair and square but it wasn't because they were a stronger team on the night by any stretch.
QLD are an aging team and it is starting to show, they are not bringing enough younger players up through the ranks at the moment to cover the next few years as the legends do start to retire from rep footy where as the NSW team was fairly stacked with origin first timers, they need a couple of games under their belt to gel together so don't write them off - this team is more about the next few years as much as it is the right now which is what you need looking forward.
