I can just imagine someone squatting, pants down, on the roof of your car, dumping onto the windscreen. Bahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahaahah. I nearly sh1t myself laughing at your misfortune.
As Tony Montana would say:

Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

and alex, it just seems like your sense of humor to find a steaming dog turd and wipe it all over my car...

you've shown enough contempt towards me (and my car) for me to actually consider you would do it... though i'm not blaming you, it was just the first thought i had... calm down a little bit buddy...

Pretty stupid things to say right there. Do you ever think about what you post?

Alex doesn't hold contempt for your car - It's an inanimate object... You on the other hand, I can see why he may not like you with flippant accusations like that.

In reality, someone was probably walking their dog, which had a crap on the footpath or something. They probably tried to do the right thing and flick it onto the grass or something to make sure nobody stepped on it. Instead, it probably flicked up in the air and went splat on the windscreen.... Person probably said, "ohhh..." and made a b-line outta there.

It's not good to go randomly accusing someone, even the guy around the corner that you claim to be a "bogan"... He may be reading this post as a guest, seeing as though you have mentioned to his face that one of his mates should join up.

You win the prize for being most retarded...

so they "accidentally" smeared it all over the windscreen and left toilet paper all up the street too??

it's pretty obvious that someone did it on purpose, and i doubt if you saw it you would disagree... and i can think of no one else other than the guy around the corner... i don't know anyone else in my area, and they don't know me... nor do i have any friends that would play this kinda joke on me... to be honest of the few friends i have, even fewer know where i live...

although it's entirely probable that someone just saw a car with green p plates and thought it to be a prime target... though i live at the end of a very long dead end street, with nothing but a retirement village at the end, so no one would be just randomly walking/driving past... and the only person who would walk their dog down my street is the woman next door who owns a dog, and i doubt she would go smearing the shit into my windscreen... she isn't that kinda person...

and i never accused alex, i just mentioned that it was the first thought i had... i know he wouldn't do something like that, as someone said, if he had a real problem with me he would probably just knock me out...

Jokes aside man, I'm sorry to hear about this sh1t (excuse the pun). Its just wrong.

And yeh your right, your location is such that it isn't prone to traffic. Its at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by scrub land. It would have to of been on purpose.

Thing is - what evidence do you have that it could have been said bogan? There could be a household a few doors down where a couple teens got drunk or something? Without evidence, you can't accuse anybody of it, so clean it off and I'd take it to get detailed 3 or 4 times until my minds at easy, if I were you.

Tough luck mate :(

ohwell shit happens :P Stop at every carwash on the way home, you should invest in a car alarm or getting your current one looked at, if someone climbing on your bonnet didnt set your current one of might need to get it looked at.

yeh, you're right... i don't know who it was... i said that in my very first post...

i'll just take it on the chin and hope my car doesn't smell like shit from now on...

it's more likely (i think) that they just took a dump in a pile of toilet paper and then smeared it with that...

i didn't notice any dents on my bonnet, and it's not like the turd was in a neat little pile... it was smeared... like peanut butter on toast...

The vents of the bottom of the windscreen suck in some air to the cabin. I know this because after I wash my car, I get the smell of Windex or polish coming through the air vents when I first turn on the car. Use the air recirculate button.

that's what i was doing when going to the station, but some must have got in there, cos even with recirculate, it smelled like shit...

after a while i tried the "fresh" air mode, and the smell of shit was no worse than before...

i sprayed the f**k out of them before i left... and i'm gonna spray the f**k out of them again when i get home this arvo

Eeuuu, yuk.

If your desperate, swing by my place today and I have some stuff that smells like leather you can spray into that vent. Would at least be a temporary solution. I used it after I sprayed surface spray during the Ant Crisis in Summer. Worked a treat :)

Or better still, if you got some Febreeze....that stuff should be able to mask odors pretty well.
