I'd rather not spend 90 bucks on 2 banged up ruined pieces of plastic that you then need to get repainted. :D

hahaha I know I considered that too, but you can literally not find them ANYWHERE.. plus, they are silver. My front bar I got from Japan had similar marks like that, cutting compound got rid of the ***** and turned out like new.. failing that I still got two cans of silver laying around :D

I didnt.. I found one in the same colour in Japan. Like I said, it only had a few black marks on it which I took out with cutting compound and came out like new.

Surely the colour match isn't perfect though? Depending on how it fades.

Actually it's surprisingly close. I'd say 95% perfect. I'll try to find a photo of the comparasin between body + bar.

Better idea to but a different rear bumper, or to sand and repaint mine?

All the aftermarket gen3 rear bumpers are ricey POS's.. Can't really do much to the rear end except lower it and fit a nice sized exhaust tip.

If anyone finds one in their trawling, please let me know.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money.
