Boring post time.

Just be aware that public vilification using a carrier service is a criminal offence and is punishable with jail time and fines, should said victims decide to make a fuss about it, I'd suggest any photos you've posted that have been altered and will possibly cause offence to peoples in the photos be removed, this isn't just a YOU thing, SubyClub can be done as a site for not monitoring the use and posting of offending material.

This isn't bullshiit, there is cases of people being jailed for up to a yr for photo shopping people and spamming the interwebs, even harassing facebook pages can get you locked up. Alex, you're far too pretty for jail.

Personally I think those pics were funny....especially the experience one.

edit: Forgot to mention, should the photo be your possession, i.e you have all rights to the photo, then you can do whatever you want, and claim the subject of the photo is only a likeness. I'm a bit hazy on whether facebook photos are the possession of facebook, or of the user who posted them, I'm pretty sure all info and media posted on facebook becomes their possession. Should the image not be from facebook the ownership and copyright lies with the photographer, not the subject, unless of course the subject had the photo/video taken against his/her will i.e ADFA Sex Scandal.

So basically, you're exposing yourselves to legal action by fcuking with photos of that mentally challenged individual. I am aware he'd have a hard time looking up a 'Loyhar' or 'Sellicater' in the yellow pages, but this post is maybe something to keep in mind in the future.

I just don't want this case or any future cases to land people in hot water.

No photo is 'public' unless the copyright has been relinquished by the owner. It's just most people intend to share the photo therefore allow it to be copy/pasted, and spammed over the internet. Remember the internet is just an extension of society, and proper constructs do exist, this isn't free-for-all land.
